- All items are in stock and will be sent out to you within 24-72 hours after the payment is cleared.
- Before shipping our items go through a final quality check and it is possible, in rare cases, the item will fail to pass the final quality check. In those cases we will contact the customer to issue a refund if we’re unable to send another of the same item.
- We will provide you a tracking number for your shipment with e-mail.
- Shipping normally takes 2-7 business days for all major destinations Europe, with an express international courier service. Orders shipped to villages and remote places may take longer.
- We ship weekdays Monday to Friday, except weekends and Greek holidays.
We only accept goods returned under the following circumstances:
- Dead on arrival (DOA) items: After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (shipping costs for returning the item are covered by you), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
- In case of a wrong order on our behalf, you can sends us back the product for immediate replacement at our expense.
- If the fault of a wrong order is on the buyer: The buyer sends the product back at his expense for immediate replacement.
- Defective products during the warranty period: The buyer sends the product back at his expense and we undertake the repair or replacement.
- In any case, make sure you do not remove the warranty sticker from the item
